Ashley Zuberi is a mom of 2, yoga teacher, writer, and entrepreneur. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade and draws from her thousands of hours of training experience across a wide variety of styles to create balanced yoga class experiences that will leave you feeling both relaxed and energized. Her love of yoga philosophy and passion for teaching shine through in her creative sequences and expert cueing. After spending years teaching in studios, leading teacher trainings both in-person and online, and maintaining a full private client schedule, Ashley decided to create Yoga Mom to meet her own needs and the desires of other moms wishing they could sneak some yoga into their busy days. A Cleveland, OH native, she currently lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, kids, and Bichon-Yorkie mix, Mandy.
